According to the General Law of Commercial Companies and the Federal Civil Code and the treaties to which Mexico is a party, it is necessary to write assembly minutes once a year.
These assemblies are divided into two:
1. General Membership Assemblies
2. Extraordinary Members' Meetings.
These are so important that they allow the members of society to establish fiscal and financial structures, such as the compensation of taxes, the maintenance of VAT and IEPS certification as well as the return and payments of profits to the members of the society, whether Mexican or foreign, taking advantage of the opportunities offered by the trade agreements of which Mexico is a party, including the TE-MEC between the United States, Canada and Mexico, allowing the members of the society the exemption tax.
For this reason, the different societies and programs that exist in Mexico, including the maquila program, as well as the import and export of Mexican products such as primary, secondary and tertiary, which allow investors plan the investment, return and expense that will be generated in the following fiscal year, for which our brand has the capacity and relationships to develop and adapt any foreign commercial company in Mexico and generate an entire planning to obtain the best economic benefit.
